About the Role:
CrowdStrike is seeking a highly motivated attorney to join our corporate legal team. In this role, your primary focus will be to support the full deal lifecycle for corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, from term sheets through diligence, negotiation, signing, closing, and post‑closing work streams, partnering closely with corporate development, finance, tax, HR and other cross‑functional teams. You will also have the opportunity to work on broader corporate legal matters as the need arises, including SEC filings and corporate governance matters.
This position is open to candidates remotely in the USA.
What You’ll Do:
Support corporate transactions, including M&A, through all stages of the transaction lifecycle, coordinating and collaborating with a broad range of stakeholders.
Provide strategic legal advice to business leaders and other internal stakeholders and propose business oriented solutions.
Effectively manage outside counsel to facilitate practical and effective legal support during the transaction process.
Contribute to the development of internal legal processes and best practices for M&A transactions.
Assist on various other corporate legal matters as needed, including SEC filings and corporate governance matters.
What You’ll Need:
J.D. and bar admitted with 4-6 years of meaningful M&A experience at a top-tier law firm and/or in-house at a public company.
Proactive and collaborative team player who welcomes responsibility and thrives in an intense, fast-paced environment.
Excellent judgment, integrity, and communication skills, with the ability to distill complex legal concepts and communicate at the right level of nuance with different audiences to progress multi-stakeholder projects.
Proficiency in counseling on complex corporate transactions and fluency in common M&A concepts.
Strong project management skills; comfort juggling multiple matters and priorities in a dynamic, high‑growth environment.
Ability to work varying hours to accommodate global workforce, as needed.
Bonus Points:
Experience counseling high growth private and public technology companies.
Experience working on cross-border strategic transactions.
