Website Specialist Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Website Specialist to support the management, optimization, and ongoing growth of our corporate website. This role ensures the site delivers a seamless user experience, reflects the company’s brand, and supports marketing and business objectives. The ideal candidate has strong HubSpot CMS experience, proficiency with HubL programming, and is comfortable working with a range of marketing, analytics, and collaboration tools.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage day-to-day website operations within HubSpot CMS.

  • Build and optimize HubSpot templates, modules, and landing pages using HubL programming.

  • Ensure website security, accessibility, and performance standards are consistently met.

  • Update and publish content (copy, images, video, resources) aligned with brand and messaging guidelines.

  • Support marketing campaigns, press releases, and product launches with timely web updates.

  • Apply SEO best practices across all content and metadata.

  • Use Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and BigQuery to monitor and analyze performance.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams using GitHub (version control), Asana (project management), and SharePoint (content collaboration).

  • Leverage ChatGPT or other LLMs to support content creation and workflow efficiency.

  • Assist with privacy and compliance initiatives using OneTrust and ensure adherence to WCAG accessibility standards.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Web Development, or related field.

  • 2–4 years of website management experience, preferably in a corporate or B2B setting.

  • Proficiency with HubSpot CMS; HubL programming experience strongly preferred.

  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.

  • Familiarity with GitHub, Asana, SharePoint, and LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT).

  • Experience with Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and BigQuery.

  • Knowledge of OneTrust or similar compliance/privacy tools a plus.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
