  • Collaborate with business lines and corporate functions (e.g., Technology, Corporate Security, Human Resources, Finance) to inform and operationalize resilience priorities.
  • Act as the "operating hub" for resilience, integrating data, systems, and insights across functions.
  • Translate enterprise resilience strategy into practical execution, supporting both business teams and risk functions.

Data, Systems, and Analytics
  • Lead integration of resilience-related data sets to provide a comprehensive view of risks, dependencies, and performance.
  • Develop enterprise dashboards and reporting tools to support senior executives, governance committees, and regulators.
  • Oversee resilience technology platforms, including two major system conversions (2025-2026), ensuring alignment with business needs and regulatory requirements.

Collaboration with Governance & Oversight
  • Partner with the Head of Resilience Governance, Compliance & Oversight to ensure data, reporting, and analytics support regulatory compliance, concentration risk management, and governance committee requirements.
  • Provide operational insights and system-enabled data to strengthen Board, Risk Committee, and regulatory reporting.
  • Ensure resilience systems and processes align with assurance and oversight expectations.

Vendor and Technology Oversight
  • Manage vendor relationships for resilience systems and offshore/nearshore data support teams.
  • Ensure vendor performance and service delivery meet contractual, regulatory, and business expectations.
  • Collaborate with Technology and Enterprise Risk teams to embed resilience requirements into broader enterprise platforms.

Operational and Strategic Excellence
  • Lead, develop, and mentor a team of resilience and data professionals, fostering collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Drive continuous improvement in resilience operations, emphasizing standardization, efficiency, and transparency.
  • Champion enterprise resilience integration across people, process, technology, and data.
  • Support regulatory reviews, governance processes, and assurance testing in collaboration with governance leaders.

What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Information Systems, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Enterprise Risk, Operational Risk, or Resilience roles within financial services.
  • Demonstrated expertise in data integration, resilience systems oversight, and cross-functional execution.
  • Proven ability to partner with governance, business leaders, and compliance teams to deliver enterprise-wide resilience outcomes.
  • Strong people management and leadership skills, with experience leading, developing, and motivating teams.
  • Experience leading technology and risk integration initiatives (e.g., ServiceNow GRC or similar platforms).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior executives, engage governance committees, and represent the enterprise resilience program externally.
