Are you passionate about AI and healthcare innovation? Join SOPHiA GENETICS’ Corporate Strategy team for a 6-8-week internship that will immerse you in the world of AI-enabled healthcare solutions. You’ll gain hands-on experience in building impactful case studies that showcase the value of precision medicine and its real-world impact on patients and healthcare systems globally.
Your mission:
As a Corporate Strategy Analyst Intern, you’ll work closely with our team to craft a comprehensive portfolio that highlights the value SOPHiA DDM delivers to healthcare customers worldwide. You will analyze existing materials, synthesize key information into structured case studies, and contribute to strategies that enhance SOPHiA’s narrative.
You will be involved in:
Building a Portfolio of Impactful Case Studies (Weeks 2–4)
- Reviewing and analyzing company materials, press releases, and media coverage.
- Synthesizing information into clear, structured case studies showcasing SOPHiA’s impact on patients and healthcare.
- Organizing case studies into a searchable, accessible portfolio.
Identifying Priorities and Address Gaps (Weeks 5–6)
- Evaluating existing case studies and identifying the most impactful stories.
- Spotting content gaps and proposing additions that will strengthen SOPHiA’s narrative.
- Focusing on regional representation, product diversity, value propositions, and patient outcomes.
Equipping Teams with Your Findings (Weeks 7–8)
- Sharing your findings with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Product.
- Providing teams with resources to enhance their efforts and accelerate their objectives.
- Helping to bring your work to life through external channels such as marketing campaigns, communications, and sales meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Graphic design skills are a bonus, but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written)
- Organizational skills
