Company Description
Who We Are:
Circle Logistics is a 3rd party logistics firm focused on delivering our three core promises to our customers: No Fail Service, Personalized Communication, and Innovative Solutions. We leverage our technology, industry experience, and employee ingenuity to develop industry-leading transportation solutions. We have been in business for 10 plus years and have grown into a half-billion-dollar company, from starting as just a handful of people with Entrepreneurial Spirit as their foundation. Our story is one of resiliency and innovation that has led us to grow to over 500 employees in a booming transportation industry, that never takes a night off.
Job Description**What you'll do**
- **Own the full recruiting lifecycle** for corporate roles across Sales, Operations, Finance, IT, and Marketing — you're the recruiting rockstar who makes it all happen
- **Partner with hiring managers** to decode role requirements and craft sourcing strategies that actually work (no cookie-cutter approaches here!)
- **Hunt for top talent** using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, and networking events — think of yourself as a talent detective on a mission
- **Conduct engaging phone screens and interviews**, then facilitate debrief sessions where you help hiring teams see the magic in candidates
- **Champion the candidate experience** from day one through offer — because first impressions matter, and we want people excited to join Circle
- **Craft competitive offer letters** and collaborate with HR on compensation benchmarking to ensure we're winning the talent wars
- **Track recruiting metrics** (time-to-fill, source mix, pipeline health) using our ATS and turn data into insights that drive results
- **Amplify our employer brand** through LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and beyond — help the world see why Circle is *the* place to work
**What you bring**
- **2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience** — bonus points if you've done this in a high-growth company or staffing environment where things move fast and you've thrived in the chaos!
- **Experience recruiting for corporate functions** like Sales, Operations, Finance, or similar roles — you know how to speak the language of different departments
- **Proficiency with ATS platforms** and LinkedIn Recruiter — you're comfortable navigating these tools like a pro
- **Communication and relationship-building superpowers** — you can influence without authority and build genuine connections with hiring managers and candidates alike
- **The ability to juggle multiple open requisitions simultaneously** without dropping the ball or sacrificing quality (we know you're talented, but you're not a magician!)
- **A data-driven mindset** — you actually *enjoy* pulling recruiting reports and turning numbers into actionable insights
- **Logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry experience** — nice to have, but not a dealbreaker if you're passionate about recruiting!
