Corporate Recruiter (Contract-to-Hire)

Allara’s comprehensive telehealth platform pairs patients with a dedicated care team to provide expert medical guidance, nutrition and lifestyle coaching, and personalized treatment plans that go beyond the basics. As one of the fastest-growing women’s health platforms in the US, Allara provides innovative, high-quality care while addressing long-overlooked gaps in the healthcare system for women with hormonal health needs.

We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven 1099 Corporate Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring for key corporate roles across functions like operations, marketing, and finance. This position will support both 1099 and W2 hiring and has the potential to transition to a W2 role based on performance and business needs.

As a fast-growing start-up, we’re seeking someone who can jump in immediately, work autonomously, and build strong pipelines in a high-growth, fast-changing environment. This role reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition.

What You’ll Do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers.
• Recruit for both 1099 contractors and W2 employees across corporate functions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role needs and hiring strategies.
• Use creative sourcing tactics to find and engage top-tier talent.
• Ensure a mission-aligned, high-touch candidate experience at every stage.
• Use Allara’s brand and messaging in outbound outreach.
• Manage requisitions and pipelines in Greenhouse with high data accuracy.
• Build proactive pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Track, analyze, and report on recruiting metrics to drive improvements.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of corporate recruiting experience.
• Start-up experience is required.
• Extensive experience using Greenhouse is required.
• Proven success hiring for both W2 and 1099 roles across multiple departments.
• Strong sourcing skills beyond job boards.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable to change.
• Skilled communicator with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
• Passion for women’s health and growing mission-driven teams.
