We provide financial and strategic analysis, central oversight, and strategic program management to support the firm's objectives.

Job Responsibilities:
- Implement new business strategies and platforms, aligning client segment, industry, and regional groups.
- Optimize business performance by driving key initiatives related to pipeline growth, wallet share analysis, client coverage insights, and expense management.
- Analyze and define financial performance, sales scorecards, and productivity metrics for business growth.
- Coordinate and prepare business reviews and presentations for senior leadership updates, offsites and partnership forums.
- Partner with the business, Planning & Analysis, Instrumentation & Metrics, and Technology to define management reporting workflows and implement data integration projects.
- Represent the business in internal working groups with Sales, Banking, Product, Marketing, and functional partners.
- Identify, escalate, and mitigate business risks that could impair business operations.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:
- Prior experience in business management, finance, strategy, or related field.
- Strong project management, organizational, collaboration, and time management skills.
- Strong storytelling and writing skills to communicate complex topics simply.
- Strong capability to handle ambiguity and pilot new initiatives with the ability to scale.
- Superior presentation skills for engaging executive audiences.
- Comfort working with employees at various seniority levels and locations.
- Ability to steer and indirectly coach other team members.
- Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:
- Experience in Payments-related businesses across Treasury, Merchant, and Trade.
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence and data analytics tools (e.g., Alteryx, Cognos, Qlik, Tableau).
