As our Corporate Paralegal you will be an important member of a small but mighty legal team and play an active role supporting the Company's attorneys, business teams, and other functions to advance the Company's ongoing growth. We are looking for a motivated candidate to join and own key processes in our Legal Department. Working with the legal team, you will play an active role supporting the Company's attorneys and diverse functional teams, to advance growth and bring Formlabs to its next stage of maturity.

This position will provide timely, high quality support to our business partners and the legal team. We are looking for a self-starter who can prioritize multiple projects while rigorously paying attention to every detail. As Corporate Paralegal, you will have responsibilities in supporting the legal department and advising the company on corporate and governance affairs, commercial transactions, data privacy, and other matters.

The Job

  • Prepare and review various agreements including non-disclosure agreements
  • Assist counsel in the preparation and review of more complex agreements
  • Support Company's filings and periodic reports
  • Oversee management of the Company's contract management system
  • Provide organizational support for Company’s corporate documents, entity management, and IP asset management
  • Support ongoing company-wide initiatives, including policy development, template standardization and adoption of contract-related technologies
  • Train and guide business teams on the use of routine contract templates, contract issues and best practices

You

  • Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree or paralegal certification
  • Experience with or in the technology industry
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills with a passion for details
  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and the Google equivalents
  • Comfortable working and learning new SaaS technology tools
  • Exercise discretion and maintain a high degree of confidentiality
