We are seeking a mid-level corporate paralegal to help us with typical corporate secretarial tasks. The main responsibilities include:
- Prepare and maintain corporate records, including regulatory filings and secretary certificates, and respond to internal and third-party requests regarding the same.
- Manage our external corporate secretarial service provider
- Handle entity management
- Ensure our essential corporate records are maintained in a complete and accurate manner and that information available in our repository site is current and reliable.
- Assist with ad hoc and special projects as needed
