What you will achieveAs the Corporate IT & Cybersecurity Manager, you’ll protect internal systems, infrastructure, and data while keeping our IT environment secure, resilient, and business-ready. You’ll lead daily corporate cybersecurity and IT operations—from endpoint protection and access control to device management and SaaS governance.
You will:
Own strategy and execution for endpoint security, IAM, and secure device lifecycle management.
Oversee selection, deployment, and administration of corporate IT tools and SaaS platforms.
Implement cybersecurity controls aligned with frameworks like NIST and ISO 27001.
Lead vulnerability management—scanning, prioritizing, tracking, and reporting across endpoints and internal systems.
Ensure team compliance with configuration management processes.
Partner with internal teams for secure onboarding, offboarding, and access provisioning.
Serve as escalation point for IT incidents and drive root cause resolution.
Ensure timely responses to IT help desk requests while identifying automation opportunities.
Support audits, risk assessments, and compliance efforts across corporate systems.
Manage and mentor a small team or external partners.
Collaborate with the Director of Cybersecurity on broader strategy and initiatives.

Required:
5–8 years in cybersecurity or IT operations, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
Experience managing endpoint security, IAM (e.g., Okta, AWS), and MDM (e.g., Workspace ONE, Intune, Kandji).
Strong knowledge of corporate IT systems, including laptops, mobile devices, and SaaS tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack).
Familiar with frameworks like SOC 2, NIST, or ISO 27001.
Skilled in writing IT policies, incident response plans, and SOPs.
Comfort with scripting or automation (e.g., Bash, Python, PowerShell) is a plus.
Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, or similar.
U.S. Citizen
Compensation Range: $190K - $230K
