We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Corporate Event Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, and integrated marketing of our Vendor and Tier-2 events. This role requires a skilled project manager who can collaborate seamlessly with multiple internal stakeholders while overseeing budgets, promotions, timelines, execution, and post-event performance analysis.
As a key member of our Corporate Marketing Team, you will drive pipeline growth and revenue generation by creating targeted, integrated event campaigns that engage prospects at net-new accounts. You will ensure alignment across the organization while leveraging multi-channel marketing programs to maximize engagement, accelerate opportunity progression, and deliver measurable business impact. In addition, you will focus on delivering exceptional experiences that “wow” our members, customers, and prospects, enhancing satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term relationships.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in cybersecurity event marketing, integrated campaigns, and metrics-driven performance, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact events that align with strategic business objectives.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
MARKETING STRATEGY
- Develop and execute event strategies aligned with GuidePoint’s brand, business goals, and cross-functional input.
- Plan and manage events end-to-end (pre-, during-, and post-event) to ensure alignment on messaging, objectives, and audience engagement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive seamless execution and maximize pipeline impact.
- Measure, analyze, and report event ROI and attribution, providing actionable insights to optimize future investments.
- Maintain clear communication and processes with leadership, Sales, and other teams for efficient event execution and follow up.
- Leverage marketing tools and industry expertise, including CRM, marketing automation, and sector-specific knowledge.
EVENT EXECUTION
- Plan, execute, and oversee Vendor and Tier-2 events, including conferences, trade shows, vendor sponsorships, and internal company events targeting IT and Security audiences.
- Manage all program elements, including communications, integrated marketing campaigns, co-marketing sponsorships, onsite staffing, and KPI/ROI tracking.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors (agencies, catering, logistics, facilities, shipping) to ensure seamless event execution.
- Ensure alignment with regional and corporate marketing teams while supporting cross-functional marketing initiatives.
- Manage budgets and timelines to deliver events on schedule and within financial targets.
- Maintain consistent GuidePoint messaging and brand presence, and analyze event performance to optimize future programs.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in B2B event marketing (enterprise experience preferred)
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Self-starter with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Travel Requirements:
- Must be willing and able to travel up to 50%
Physical Requirements:
- Sedentary work
- Substantial movement of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers for a minimum of 8 hours a day
- Required to have close visual acuity to view computer terminal and/or extensive reading for a minimum of 8 hours a day
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
