About the Role
We are looking for a Corporate Events Manager to own and execute our large-scale corporate events program, including conferences such as RSAC and Black Hat, along with partner and proprietary events that strengthen our brand and drive pipeline growth.
This role requires someone who can think strategically while also managing hands-on execution. You will work closely with field marketing, sales, and executive stakeholders to deliver impactful events that elevate Cyberhaven’s market presence and deliver measurable results. You must also develop experiences that are differentiated and innovative and don’t look like every other brand’s playbook.
You must be highly organized, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple programs independently. This is a self-sufficient role for someone who can take full ownership of corporate events from start to finish.
What you'll do
Plan and execute Cyberhaven’s corporate events, including conferences, tradeshows, partner programs, workshops, and company-hosted events.
Manage logistics from start to finish, including venue selection, contracts, vendors, shipping, swag, booth design, registration, and onsite coordination.
Partner with field marketing to align corporate event strategy with regional top-of-funnel initiatives.
Collaborate with sales and SDR teams on pre- and post-event engagement to ensure event ROI and pipeline impact.
Manage event budgets, track expenses, and provide detailed performance and outcome reporting.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and event organizers to secure high-value sponsorships.
Coordinate with demand generation and creative teams on pre-show promotion, onsite activations, and post-show follow-up campaigns.
Bring fresh ideas to create memorable event experiences that resonate with target audiences.
Who you are
5 years of experience in corporate events or field marketing (B2B tech experience preferred, cybersecurity a plus)
Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently.
Proven success in event logistics, contract negotiation, vendor management, and budget oversight.
Experience partnering with sales and field marketing to align event strategy with pipeline goals.
The ability to leverage tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Marketo, and Goldcast in a self-service manner is a must.
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
Creative problem solver with a proactive, can-do attitude.
Willingness to travel for major conferences and events (up to 25 percent).
