Some of the things you will be doing:
- Draft, review and negotiate various types of contracts, agreements and other legal documents, primarily with CSC customers.
- Review and assess CSC obligations under changing international regulations.
- Deal with complex matters with multiple stakeholders and present creative solutions to reach resolution, ensuring a balance between legal risk and business interests
- Provide clarification on legal language or specifications to everyone in the organization
- Adeptly and proactively identify and escalate issues and provide risk-based recommendations and advice within strategic business conversations
What technical skills, experience and qualifications do you need?
- Juris Doctor and ability to practice in house in Delaware under a Delaware Certificate of Limited Practice
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a law firm or corporate environment
- Excellent drafting, negotiating, editing, problem solving, and communications skills. Experience negotiating, redlining and reviewing contracts.

- Self-motivated and independent, but able to discern when matters should be escalated and when further guidance is needed
- Ability to translate legal requirements into practical guidance and formulate creative solutions to accomplish the company's objectives
