We’re looking for a talented team member…

To join us for a summer internship! This role sits on our Communications team and will work on a variety of internal and external communications projects. You’re the right fit if you’re passionate about communications, excited to learn and grow your corporate communications skills and work with a team of communications professionals.

This is a hybrid role requiring one day a week in office in Austin, TX. Minimal travel may be required, as a benefit of the position.

Some of the projects you’ll be responsible for include:

• Gathering content and creating monthly newsletters

• Supporting the communications efforts of our Diversity in Action employee resource groups

• Working on the creation of our yearly sustainability report

• Partnering with key stakeholders on email communications to be sent to the company

• Using SharePoint as a communications channel – making page updates and creating content posts, etc.

• Writing social media posts to be shared on CLEAResult social

• Partnering with team members on our external blogs

We’re excited about you if you:

• Are actively pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, English or a related field

• Must be at least a Junior in college

• Are available to work part-time (20 hours per week) during the school year and full-time (40 hours per week) during the summer (early June through early August)

• Have strong verbal and written communication skills and organizational skills

• Have experience using the Microsoft Office suite of products

• Have an affinity to participate in the transition to a sustainable, equitable, and carbon-neutral energy-efficient future for our communities and planet

Target Compensation:

$20 - $24 / hour

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
