Corporate Associate, Startup and Venture Capital Group

We are seeking corporate associates with at least one year of experience in a sophisticated corporate law practice with a focus on startup, venture capital, and emerging company representation, for our growing Boston office. Experience with, or affinity for, technology and/or life sciences companies is required. Superior academic credentials and excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills are required.

Candidates must be barred in MA or eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam.

Depending on the role, the actual base salary offered may depend upon a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
