The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Corporate Account Executive to join our high-performing Go-to-Market team. In this role, you’ll drive growth by developing new business and expanding existing accounts within high-growth SMB and mid-market organizations (up to 1500 employees). You’ll lead a consultative, solution-based sales process—uncovering opportunities, building strong champions, and driving value across multiple stakeholders and departments.

This is a fantastic opportunity to help companies bring real human insight into every decision by showing the true business impact of the UserTesting platform.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within your territory and deepen engagement with existing accounts

  • Execute full-cycle sales activities—from lead generation and qualification to closing deals and ensuring customer retention

  • Articulate the unique business and technical value of UserTesting to stakeholders across departments, from end users to the C-suite

  • Use MEDDPICC and other structured sales methodologies to qualify opportunities and guide discovery conversations

  • Accurately forecast and track pipeline activity using Salesforce and our broader RevTech stack

  • Build and maintain territory plans that drive long-term success and account growth

  • Share feedback from the field with internal teams to inform product and GTM strategy

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners including solution consultants, customer success, and marketing

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales, ideally in a high-growth environment, with a proven track record of exceeding quota and closing six-figure deals

  • Deep experience managing the full sales cycle across mid-market organizations; you’re comfortable selling across multiple departments and stakeholders

  • Strong understanding of complex buying cycles and experience navigating matrixed organizations

  • Proficient in Salesforce, Clari, Outreach, Google Suite, 6Sense, ZoomInfo/Cognism, or similar tools

  • Working knowledge of MEDDPICC (or similar qualification methodologies) and a process-driven mindset

  • Strong emotional intelligence, resilience, and a collaborative approach—you thrive in a team culture of continuous improvement

  • Able to travel as needed to meet prospects and collaborate with regional colleagues

We’d still love to hear from you! Research shows that some candidates are less likely to apply unless they meet 100% of the requirements. At UserTesting, we value diverse perspectives and believe they drive innovation—so if you’re excited about the opportunity, we encourage you to apply.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
