About the Role:

At Camunda, we’re transforming the way enterprises automate their most critical business processes—and we’re just getting started. As a Corporate Account Executive, you’ll join a fast-growing sales team and be at the forefront of helping mid-sized organizations realize the full potential of process orchestration. You’ll work with curious, collaborative, and highly motivated people who believe in doing great work without ego. This is a role where your contributions will have a visible impact—not only on your customers' success but also on Camunda’s continued growth.

What you'll be doing:

  •  Drive the full sales cycle—from initial outreach to negotiation and close—with prospects in the corporate segment (typically organizations with 250–5,000 employees).

  • Partner closely with marketing, partner team, sales development, and customer success to create compelling customer journeys that turn interest into adoption.

  • Help customers solve real business challenges using Camunda’s process orchestration platform, building strong relationships with decision-makers and champions.

  • Accurately forecast, manage pipeline, and consistently meet or exceed quota goals with integrity.

  • Become a trusted advisor by deeply understanding each prospect’s goals and mapping them to Camunda’s solutions.

  • Collaborate with colleagues across the business to share learnings, improve processes, and strengthen our sales playbook.

What you bring:

  • Ability and/or willingness to use our product.

  •  2+ years of quota-carrying experience in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 1+ year closing deals in the $25k–$100k range.

  • Proven success managing a full sales cycle, from prospecting through close.

  • Ability to clearly communicate value to both technical and business stakeholders.

  • Strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline.

A growth mindset, high integrity, and a collaborative spirit aligned withCamunda’s values.

Nice to haves:

  • Experience selling open source or developer-first software.

  • Familiarity with business process automation, orchestration, or enterprise software.

  • Comfort working in a remote-first environment with a global team.

  • Previous experience using MEDDPICC or a similar sales methodology.

What we have to offer:

Compensation

We offer competitive, fair, and transparent compensation. Salary ranges are location-based, with Standard and Major markets (global tech hubs) reflecting local competition.

The Annual Total Target Cash (base salary + 100% variable target, where applicable) shown below spans from the minimum in a Standard market to the maximum in a Major market. Final offers depend on skills, experience, and location, and we typically hire in the first half of the range to allow room for growth:

  • United States: $185,000 to $305,200

  • Germany: €119,500 to €197,700

  • United Kingdom: £116,100 to £191,000

  • Singapore: S$229,700 to S$344,600

If you’re based elsewhere, you’ll be hired via Remote.com (our global employer partner), and your Talent Acquisition Partner will provide a personalized Total Rewards Calculator after your first interview.

Equity: We also offer equity (where applicable) through ou rVirtual Stock Option Plan (VSOP).
