We’re looking for a full-time Copywriter who can turn complex topics into clear, persuasive, high-converting messaging—without hype. You’ll write across the funnel: from awareness content to sales enablement assets that help close deals faster.
What You’ll DoWrite and optimize copy for key marketing and sales assets: landing pages, service pages, email sequences, decks, one-pagers, proposals, and case studies.
Create thought-leadership content: LinkedIn posts, blog articles, newsletters, webinar/video scripts.
Support offer packaging and positioning: translate strategy into sharp value propositions and messaging by segment.
Refresh and improve existing materials: clarity, structure, tone, and conversion—based on feedback and performance.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and business alignment.
2+ years of experience in copywriting/content marketing (B2B is a strong plus).
Strong English writing skills: clear, structured, concise, and conversion-minded.
Ability to write in multiple formats and tones while staying on-brand.
Comfort with edits and iteration: you optimize for outcomes, not ego.
Strong research instincts and the ability to quickly learn new domains.
Ability to work with briefs, deadlines, and a structured content process.
Experience in healthcare/medical billing, RCM, credentialing, compliance, or health tech (big plus).
Understanding of funnels, conversion principles, and messaging frameworks (JTBD, ICP-based positioning).
Proven impact (examples where copy improved conversion, generated leads, or supported sales).
Full-time role with long-term collaboration (not one-off assignments).
Clear priorities, structured briefs, and regular feedback.

Growth path toward Lead Copywriter / Content Strategist.
