The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking a Copywriter to contribute to high-impact work within the Corporate Communications organization, operating as a modern in-house agency partner to the business. This role collaborates closely with Marketing, Strategic Communications, Events, and Operations to deliver compelling copy and ideas that elevate the brand, support growth priorities, and strengthen enterprise reputation. The successful candidate will be a part of the Creative team within the company’s Corporate Communications department, and report directly to the Executive Director, Creative.

Responsibilities:

• Craft persuasive, on-brand copy for campaigns, executive communications, web, social, video, and events.

• Interview subject-matter experts and translate technical concepts into clear, compelling language.

• Apply voice/tone and brand guidelines consistently across formats and channels.

• Edit and proofread for precision, accessibility, and compliance.

• Partner with designers to concept creative ideas and narratives.

• Incorporate feedback quickly; manage multiple deadlines with calm and quality.

• Clear communication and service mindset.

• Comfort with productivity and workflow tools; quick learner.

• Ability to produce in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

• Creativity, curiosity, and a bias for action.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field.

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in copywriting.

• A portfolio demonstrating expertise, versatility, and measurable results. Desired:

• Master’s degree (i.e., Creative Writing, Advertising).

• Experience working in the national security industry

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$61,600-$129,300
