Entermotion builds software that real people depend on every day to do their jobs. Our flagship product, Atlas EMR, is a Direct Primary Care platform that clinics use to run their practice end to end: scheduling, messaging, clinical notes, billing and patient-facing mobile apps. We also build across education platforms and interactive entertainment, so the surface area is wide and the problems are varied.
About the roleWe're looking for a writer with a real point of view, someone who can turn a blank page into a headline that sticks, a story that lands, or a line of copy people actually remember.
You'll get creative direction and feedback from an experienced editor on the team, and briefs will often come directly from our creative lead. This is a chance to bring your own voice into blogs, newsletters, brand copy, and campaign work.
What you'll do- Write first drafts for blog posts, newsletters, brand copy, and sales/marketing pages
- Craft headlines, hooks, and lines that carry a distinct voice; not formulaic copy
- Collaborate with an editor who'll review your drafts, give notes, and help sharpen the work
- Pitch in on support documentation and other writing tasks as needed
- Take feedback well and iterate fast, without losing what makes your writing yours
- A portfolio that shows range and a clear voice (required)
- Writing that feels alive, not generic. If it reads like it could've been written by anyone, it's not for us
- Comfort writing across formats: long-form, short punchy copy, headlines, narrative
- Someone who takes direction well but doesn't write on autopilot
- We're not filtering by years of experience or seniority: creativity doesn't come with an age requirement. Show us the work.
Send us your portfolio with your CV. If your work makes us feel something (or makes us laugh, or makes us stop scrolling), we want to talk to you.
