Key Responsibilities

  • Create clear, persuasive, and engaging copy for websites, landing pages, blogs, email campaigns, social media, advertisements, brochures, and other marketing materials.
  • Develop content that aligns with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and target audience needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, product, and business teams to create impactful content for integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Write and edit marketing collateral, promotional materials, case studies, newsletters, and thought leadership content.
  • Develop compelling headlines, taglines, calls-to-action (CTAs), and campaign messaging.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, products, and customer personas to create relevant and effective content.
  • Optimize content for SEO best practices to improve online visibility and engagement.
  • Review, proofread, and edit content to ensure accuracy, consistency, grammar, and brand alignment.
  • Adapt writing style and tone to suit different audiences, channels, and communication objectives.
  • Assist in content strategy development and contribute creative ideas for marketing initiatives.
  • Partner with UI/UX designers, content strategists, and digital marketing teams to enhance customer experience through effective content.
  • Maintain content calendars and ensure timely delivery of assigned projects.
  • Analyze content performance metrics and recommend improvements to drive engagement and conversions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in copywriting, content writing, marketing communications, or a similar role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of marketing, advertising, digital, and brand content.
  • Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing, digital marketing, and branding principles.
  • Experience creating content for multiple channels, including web, email, social media, and paid campaigns.
  • Familiarity with SEO concepts and content optimization techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with B2B, technology, eCommerce, or enterprise brands.
  • Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and analytics tools.
  • Experience collaborating with creative, design, and product teams.
  • Understanding of UX writing and conversational content principles.

Compensation, Benefits and Duration

Minimum Compensation: USD 33,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 117,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
Medical, vision, and dental benefits, 401k retirement plan, variable pay/incentives, paid time off, and paid holidays are available for full-time employees.
This position is available for independent contractors
