P10 is seeking a Copy Supervisor to join our creative team. In this role you’re responsible for generating ideas and shaping the work. You bring a proactive mindset, a consistent creative voice, and the ability to connect tactical execution to broader brand and strategic objectives. You see the full business picture, understand the implications of creative decisions on the brand, and confidently move work forward across multiple projects. You are comfortable stepping outside the brief when appropriate, contributing to ideation and engagement planning, and elevating the thinking behind the work. This role also requires an understanding of agency process and procedures such as routing, client med-legal processes, and tactical pull-through. This is an individual contributor role. It reports to an Associate Creative Director.
Responsibilities
Own and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines
and deliverables are metDeliver long-form writing independently (eg, IVAs, websites, comprehensive
campaign materials)Write for video and multimedia content with clear narrative structure
and storytelling strengthInitiate and contribute to concept development, both hands-on and
Step beyond the brief when appropriate to elevate creative and strategic thinking
Link tactical deliverables to overarching brand strategy and campaign objectives
Maintain a consistent, recognizable creative voice across materials and channels
Collaborate closely with art directors, strengthening the art-copy dynamic
Engage in tactical planning and contribute ideas for audience engagement
Understand and anticipate brand implications of creative decisions and revisions
Present work to clients with confidence and clarity
Work independently on smaller initiatives or components of larger
projects in client settings (eg, digital banners, campaign extensions)Incorporate feedback efficiently and deliver strong work with minimal
revision rounds
at the ideation stage
Requirements
4-8 years of experience in a copywriting role within an agency, with experience in a healthcare/pharma or regulated agency environment required
Strong understanding of brand strategy and how creative work integrates
across disciplinesDemonstrated ability to concept and execute long-form and multimedia content
Established creative voice and consistent storytelling ability
Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure while maintaining quality
Solid grasp of science and regulatory considerations, with the ability to apply them effectively (eg, annotations/referencing, applying context & balance
where applicable)Experience collaborating closely with art directors and cross-functional partners
Comfort presenting work to clients and contributing meaningfully to discussions
Strong time management skills and the ability to work autonomously
Ability to articulate the strategic rationale behind creative decisions
Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing,
or related field
