Directly supports PillarRx client and partner relationships with day-to-day needs and project requests. The Account Manager is responsible for intake of day-to-day client needs, act at the liaison between the client and the Care Team and facilitate internal training materials based on client specific designs. In addition, the position supports Care Team initiatives, along with the account team and Care Team to ensure appropriate information is in place to promote the knowledge of how to support program participants.
Essential Duties and Functions:
- Manage day-to-day responsibilities of assigned Clients
- Validate/Deliver reporting to Clients on the agreed upon schedule or ad hoc as needed
- Use internal resources or experience to identify any strategic or process improvement opportunities for Clients, Partners and Care Team
- Manage the assigned Client tasks and projects using the PillarRx project management tool and coordinate with internal team members to fulfill client requests, including agreed upon project logs.
- Participate in regularly scheduled Client and Partner conference calls as necessary
- Support Client oversight initiatives, including performance guarantees, reporting and member service-related initiatives
- Support new Client implementations with the lead team to ensure member information is provided prior to the effective date
- Support Client member needs by coordinating member communications where necessary
- Review, redline and maintain up to date member communications as customized by the Client
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Required
- 4-6 years’ experience in prescription benefits, pharmacy billing or client management
- Proficient Microsoft Office Suite skills, e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Must be willing to travel up to 10% of the time for client meetings, internal meetings, sales meetings and/or conferences
Preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree
- CPhT credentials
Pay Range
70000 - 80000 Annual
The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
