We are seeking an accomplished executive leader to help drive the next stage of growth for a nationally expanding personal injury law firm currently operating across 22 states, with aggressive expansion plans through 2030.

This opportunity is for a proven leader who understands the business of personal injury at scale and brings significant expertise in business strategy, technology, AI implementation, operational transformation, and high-growth execution.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Significant executive leadership experience within the personal injury industry, including strategic planning across multi-functional operations
  • Proven success scaling a law firm or personal injury organization across the 8- to 10-figure revenue range and multiple jurisdictions
  • Exceptional business and financial acumen spanning profitability, operating leverage, corporate governance, and executive decision-making
  • Significant experience leading enterprise AI implementation and automation within applicable regulatory, ethical, and bar-compliance frameworks
  • Strong technology background, including large-scale CRM, case management, data analytics, workflow automation, and digital transformation
  • Deep understanding of the personal injury client and case lifecycle, including intake, case management, attorney assignment, and case-maximization protocols
  • Demonstrated ability to build scalable infrastructure, processes, and organizational capacity ahead of rapid growth
  • Track record of increasing revenue and operational capacity without proportionally increasing headcount
  • Expertise in operational efficiency, process improvement, change management, and performance management
  • Project management expertise; PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or comparable credentials preferred
  • Strong data analytics capabilities, including KPI design and data-driven decision-making
  • MBA or comparable advanced business degree preferred
  • Ability to translate growth strategy into technology, systems, processes, organizational structure, and disciplined execution

The Opportunity

This leader will play a critical role in building the infrastructure required for the firm's next stage of national expansion.

  • Own business and operational strategy across the rapidly growing organization and set cross-functional priorities with department leaders
  • Lead the transition from the existing CRM environment to a proprietary AI-powered operating system
  • Drive enterprise-wide AI adoption and automation across business and legal operations
  • Integrate AI throughout the client journey to improve speed, capacity, consistency, efficiency, and client experience
  • Build the technology and operational infrastructure required to support approximately 100,000 active clients at a time
  • Optimize staffing, workflows, and organizational structure to expand capacity while maintaining disciplined headcount growth
  • Optimize the business ecosystem across leads, events, referrals, intake, case management, attorney assignments, and case-maximization protocols
  • Build scalable processes and systems that support continued national expansion
  • Create the operating infrastructure required to pursue 10x revenue growth with nominal increases in headcount

Measures of Success

  • Revenue growth, profitability, and operating leverage aligned with the firm’s strategic plan
  • Improved intake conversion, case velocity, client experience, and case outcomes
  • Successful adoption of the proprietary AI-powered operating system and automation across priority workflows
  • Increased client and case capacity without proportional headcount growth
  • Consistent KPI visibility, accountability, compliance, and execution across departments and markets

The strongest candidate will bring a combination of:

Personal Injury Expertise  |  8-to-10-Figure Growth  |  Business Acumen
Technology & AI Transformation  |  Operational Scale  |  Data-Driven Execution

This person should understand how to turn technology and AI into business results, how to build infrastructure before growth creates bottlenecks, and how to scale a personal injury organization without relying solely on increased headcount.
