What this Job Entails:
The Contracts Administrator II is responsible for the systematic administration and data management of agreements within the Telecom Expense Management (TEMs) system and the Contracts Management System (CMS). This role focuses on performing routine quality reviews to reduce risk and ensuring that all contractual data and deliverables are meticulously documented and maintained within the Client's digital infrastructure.

Receives general instructions on routine work and detailed instructions on new projects
Your Roles and Responsibilities:
System Data Management: Execute detailed data entry in TEMs and CMS, ensuring critical fields such as Matter IDs, Vendor Order IDs, and document links are accurately populated based on finalized agreements.
Deliverable Inventory Maintenance: Create and update various deliverable types (e.g., MRC, NRC, ARC) within Client systems based on specific Technical Infrastructure Components.
Quality Assurance (QA): Perform rigorous QA checks on system entries to verify Client and Vendor entities, Payment Terms, and governing Master Service Agreements (MSAs) against existing records.
T&C Interpretation: Extract and input complex Terms and Conditions into the system, including Payment Start Basis, Late Payment Interest, Renewal Terms, and Notice Periods, citing specific contract sections.
Amendment Processing: Administratively process contract amendments for service upgrades, currency changes, and term extensions by utilizing system copy functions and documenting change histories.
Template Extraction: Locate and extract Order Form Templates from MSAs or Exhibits, converting them to accessible formats for upload to internal Client repositories.
Rate Table Configuration: Build and maintain Fixed and Usage Rate Tables within TEMs, ensuring accurate entry of service descriptions, currency codes, and units of measure.
Ticketing & Resolution: Utilize Client’s internal ticketing systems to track software issues, manage contract holds, and coordinate with internal funding and legal teams to resolve data discrepancies.
Infrastructure Support: Support specialized workflows for various Technical Infrastructure Components, ensuring proper mapping of circuit IDs and local loop charges within the system.

Required Qualifications/Skills:
Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from four-college or university and 2 to 5 years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Builds productive internal and external working relationships
Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
Fluent in English language
High level of attention to detail
Ability to interpret complex information
Aptitude for technology and interest in learning/understanding systems & interpreting data
Accustomed to data input at high level of accuracy

Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects/tasks at a time
Customer aware/centric
Google Sheets (Excel) knowledge (including pivot tables and v-lookups)
Ability to work well in a team environment
Independently motivated
Experience in how databases capture information
Proven ability to work accurately with large data sets
Physical Demand & Work Environment:
Must have the ability to perform office-related tasks which may include prolonged sitting or standing
Must have the ability to move from place to place within an office environment
Must be able to use a computer
Must have the ability to communicate effectively
Some positions may require occasional repetitive motion or movements of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers
Salary Range
$59,812.00 - $94,440.00 USD (Salary)- Please note that the salary information provided herein is base pay only (gross); it does not include other forms of compensation which may or may not apply to this specific position, namely, performance-based bonuses, benefits-related payments, or other general incentives - none of which are guaranteed, may be subject to specific eligibility requirements, and are wholly within the discretion of Astreya to remit.

Where an applicant or employee is placed on this range will depend and be contingent on objective, documented work-related considerations like education, experience, certifications, licenses, preferred qualifications, among other factors.
