DataRobot empowers practitioners to deliver predictive and generative AI, and enables leaders to secure their AI assets. Organizations worldwide rely on DataRobot for AI that makes sense for their business — today and in the future.
***This is a contract position. Applicants must be available to start immediately and be available for a minimum of 3 months.***
To support our rapid organizational scaling, we are seeking a Contract Talent Sourcer who combines technical fluency with an investigative mindset. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to our recruiting team, leveraging creative search techniques to identify and engage top-tier talent in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates for a current pipeline/future hiring needs in every possible way (LinkedIn, DataRobot’s ATS, inbound job applications, social media, extensive name generation, taking advantage of user groups, blogs and other relevant spaces on the web);
Relentlessly serve as a company advocate through every contact you have with prospect/candidate;
Keep an eye on the existing database, continuously filling in the details, missing from the profiles;
Be knowledgeable about DataRobot and why people should work here.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Experience: 2-5+ years of experience in-house or at an agency, with a proven track record in the tech or startup ecosystem.
Sourcing Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of advanced sourcing techniques, including X-Ray searching and complex Boolean strings across diverse platforms (GitHub, StackOverflow, Dribbble, etc.).
Strategic Partner: Ability to collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to build comprehensive "search maps" and define target talent personas.
The Toolbox: High proficiency with modern sourcing tech, including email discovery tools, browser extensions, and people aggregators to automate and scale your workflow.
Creative Outreach: A knack for crafting highly personalized, data-backed outreach that yields high response rates from passive candidates.
Project Management: Disciplined approach to pipeline management with the ability to prioritize roles in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Communication: Advanced English proficiency; you are comfortable "over-communicating" to ensure alignment across a remote, multicultural team.
Nice to haves:
AI & Machine Learning Domain Expertise: Familiarity with the lifecycle of AI/ML projects and experience sourcing for roles such as Execution Data Scientists, AI Engineers (Applied AI/Agentic AI), or Lead AI Architects.
Go-to-Market (GTM) for AI: A track record of sourcing specialized sales and success talent, including AI Sales Specialists, Customer Success Engineers, or Pre-Sales Applied AI Experts who understand the "value-based" messaging of AI platforms.
Enterprise Tech & Federal Sourcing: Prior experience identifying talent with niche certifications or security clearances (Secret/TS-SCI) for Federal Data Science or Public Sector roles.
