In This Role
As a Business Operations Specialist, you will support sales execution and compliance by reviewing contracts and ensuring alignment with internal standards and legal requirements. You'll act as a bridge between business, legal, and operational teams—balancing strategic initiative support with hands-on execution. This role requires a detail-oriented, self-driven professional who thrives in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment. Strong legal acumen and comfort with internal systems and contract workflows are critical to success.
ResponsibilitiesReview and interpret contracts and deal documentation to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales operations, legal, and business leadership, to resolve compliance issues and drive deal execution.
Support operational rhythms of the business by maintaining tracking systems for project milestones, metrics, budgets, and timelines.
Assist in planning and executing strategic initiatives, ensuring clarity of objectives, success metrics, and communication alignment.
Contribute to internal communication efforts including meeting coordination, presentation development, and status reporting.
Engage with peers and cross-functional teams to ensure operational alignment and promote best practice sharing across business groups.
Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and business needs while maintaining attention to detail under pressure.
5–7 years of experience in business operations, sales deal execution, or compliance-related functions.
Strong background in contract review, legal analysis, or compliance—especially in high-volume or regulated environments.
Experience supporting complex projects and cross-functional initiatives with clear deliverables and timelines.
Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple concurrent tasks.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to interact confidently with internal stakeholders at various levels.
Proficiency with enterprise tools and systems for deal tracking, compliance reviews, and reporting.
Familiarity with internal contract lifecycle management tools or CRM systems used by large enterprise organizations.
Experience working in a structured enterprise environment, especially with cross-functional stakeholders such as legal, sales, and compliance teams.
Exposure to internal governance, risk, or compliance review workflows.
Previous experience supporting internal communication or organizational culture initiatives.
Salary Range
Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $32.21 USD/Hr. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
