Contract Sourcer

As a Global Business Sourcer, you will uncover and engage the leaders, operators, and technical innovators who will drive our business forward. This role spans global markets and requires someone equally comfortable sourcing for senior business roles (Marketing, Finance, Strategy, Operations) as well as specialized technical profiles (Engineering, Data, Product).

The ideal candidate is resourceful, metrics-driven, and consultative — someone who thrives on market research, creative outreach, and the challenge of converting passive talent into engaged candidates. You’ll act as a trusted partner to recruiters and hiring managers worldwide, bringing insights, urgency, and precision to every search.

You will…

• Own global sourcing campaigns across business and technical functions, balancing breadth of scope with the ability to deliver high-quality pipelines

• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to align on role requirements, market positioning, and sourcing strategies for global talent needs

• Conduct proactive market mapping and competitive research to identify top talent and provide stakeholders with data-driven insights on availability, trends, and benchmarks

• Build, nurture, and manage talent pools for both current and future roles, ensuring readiness for priority searches across regions and functions

• Engage passive candidates with compelling outreach, authentically representing Crunchyroll’s mission, culture, and opportunity

• Drive candidate conversion through relationship management, transparent communication, and strong handoffs to recruiters

• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion by sourcing talent across underrepresented markets and ensuring balanced pipelines globally

• Track and report sourcing metrics, using data to demonstrate impact, guide prioritization, and continuously improve strategy and execution

In the role of Contract Sourcer, you will report to the Director of Talent Attraction.

• You have a proven track record of identifying and engaging senior business leaders as well as technical talent across multiple markets

• You take a consultative approach with recruiters and hiring managers, building trust and shaping talent decisions through insights and influence

• You demonstrate agility and adaptability, shifting seamlessly between different roles, functions, and geographies

• You have strong research skills, with experience in market mapping, competitive intelligence, and global talent landscape analysis

• You are proficient in sourcing tools and advanced search techniques, with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter experience as a plus

• You bring excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire candidates and collaborate across cultures and time zones

• You thrive in a fast-moving environment, taking ownership and accountability for results while balancing quality with speed
