Process incoming orders, respond to customer calls and emails regarding order status, coordinate resolutions with internal departments, prepare customs paperwork for international shipments, track in-house orders, and maintain inventories within a busy customer service department.
Process and input incoming orders.
Respond to incoming phone calls and emails from customers looking for job order status.
Coordinate with other Valence departments as necessary to answer and resolve customer inquiries and problems.
Prepare Customs paperwork for international shipments.
Track customer in house orders. Prepare inventories as required.
Perform any required duties related to a busy customer service department.

This position requires access to knowledge and technical data regulated by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Valence Surface Technologies is required to verify that applicants meet ITAR requirements prior to employment for this role.
