Primary Purpose:
We are looking for a Contract Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on an open-ended contract. In this role you will lead full-cycle recruitment across all corporate functions for our portfolio of brands: Coach & Kate Spade New York.
Location: Tapestry Headquarters - New York, NY (Hybrid: in office Tuesday-Thursday)

What You'll Do
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for corporate roles across functions and brands.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand talent needs and develop effective, inclusive recruiting strategies.
  • Source and engage candidates using a variety of tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and ATS platform.
  • Manage candidate pipelines, conduct interviews, and coordinate interview logistics to ensure a seamless experience for hiring managers & candidates.
  • Provide timely updates and guidance to hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.
  • Promote Tapestry's values by delivering a thoughtful, inclusive, and engaging candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and data in the ATS

What You'll Bring
  • 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting in a corporate or in-house environment.
  • Experience recruiting across a variety of business functions; fashion, CPG, or retail experience is a plus but not required.
  • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with recruiting tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, etc.).
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities with agility and professionalism.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with hiring managers and candidates.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and comfort working independently in a hybrid work environment.
  • Commitment to inclusive hiring practices and delivering a high-quality candidate experience.
