Position Summary
We’re seeking a Contract Recruiter to provide immediate, high-impact recruiting support for our fast-growing organization. This role will focus on sourcing and full-cycle recruiting for technical and digital experience roles, including high-demand Adobe Experience Cloud talent. This experience is a requirement for this role!
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, target profiles, and recruitment strategies.
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical and functional roles across the Adobe ecosystem (AEM Developers, Data Engineers, Architects, Digital Strategists, and MarTech Specialists).
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced boolean searches, job boards, and networking strategies.
- Manage candidate pipelines, screen applicants, and present qualified shortlists to hiring managers.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback sessions, and offer negotiations.
- Maintain accurate data in the ATS (Workday preferred) and provide recruiting status updates and reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and candidate engagement.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on technical and digital talent acquisition.
- Proven success filling roles within the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem (AEM, AEP, AJO, Workfront, etc.).
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced search strategies.
- Excellent organizational and project coordination skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting in a consultancy, agency, or high-growth digital environment.
- Familiarity with global hiring markets (U.S., LATAM, UK, EMEA).
- Ability to deliver in a contract or project-based role with minimal ramp-up time.
