We are currently seeking a Contract Manager to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Contract Manager at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the contracts management process, negotiating agreements, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in support of our clinical trial operations.
What you will be doing
Managing the end-to-end contracts process, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Collaborating closely with internal departments, including legal, finance, and project management, to ensure alignment on contract terms and conditions.
Providing guidance and support to project teams on contract-related matters, including interpretation of contract terms and resolution of disputes.
Monitoring contract performance and compliance throughout the project lifecycle, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
Maintaining accurate records and documentation of contract activities, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Your profile
Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, or a related field; advanced degree or legal qualification preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in contracts management, preferably within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or clinical research industry.
Strong knowledge of contract law, legal principles, and regulatory requirements relevant to clinical trials.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of managing multiple contracts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
