Lead all aspects of contract management for NVIDIA, ensuring efficient operations and impactful agreements.

What you'll be doing:

  • Coordinate and manage the entire contract lifecycle, ensuring flawless execution and compliance.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including legal, and finance, to determine contractual terms and conditions.

  • Develop and maintain templates and playbooks for recurring agreements to streamline processes.

  • Provide strategic counsel and support to internal customers for contract-related concerns.

  • Conduct risk assessments and negotiate contract terms to protect NVIDIA's interests strictly.

  • Ensure NVIDIA can implement requirements outlined in agreements, either by working directly with individuals or through a taskforce you establish and manage.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, law, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 8+ years of experience in contract management, preferably in the technology sector.

  • 4+ years of leadership experience in contract management.

  • Strong understanding of legal terminology and contractual principles.

  • Strong experience managing the contract process closely within the contract management database.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to compete in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The base salary range is 160,000 USD - 253,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
