About the Role:

As a Contracts Manager at Panorama, you will handle key administrative and process-driven aspects of our contract operations. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure contracts meet deadlines, comply with regulations, protect the company, and are managed with precision and efficiency. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will help us deliver a smooth, effective experience for both clients and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Review, negotiate, and approve client contracts submitted for review by our Revenue team
  • Review, negotiate, approve, and complete NDPAs (Data Privacy Agreements) requested by our clients and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure accurate and timely 
  • completionAssist in educating and training our Revenue Team on contracts policies and procedures
  • Review, negotiate and approve third party vendor contracts
  • Assist in managing the digestion process and organization of the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system
  • Assist the Contract Administrator with Standard Service Order requests and the completion of compliance forms
  • Share ideas for enhancing the efficiency of our contract-related workflows

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

  • 3+ years of experience in a legal, paralegal, or contract administration role
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., FERPA, PPRA, COPPA) and basic procurement guidelines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Experience with Salesforce, Google Suite, or similar contract/task management tools
  • A client-focused mindset, with a record of responding promptly and professionally

Bonus Points:

  • Relevant certifications pertaining to contracting or legal experience
  • K12 Education or ed-tech experience
  • Experience using contract lifecycle management tools 

Salary: The starting base salary for this role is $108,000. Actual offers will depend on experience, skills, and location


The “Starting Base Salary” represents anticipated salary for this position across all US locations. The determination of this anticipated Base Salary involves the consideration of many factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: unique skill sets, experience, training, performance, licensure and certifications, as well as other business and organizational needs. Our anticipated Base Salary determination is just one component of Panorama’s competitive total rewards strategy that also includes annual bonus or commission awards, equity awards, as well as other region-specific health and welfare benefits
