Position Overview:  

Does growth excite you? 🌱   As a Contract Administrator/Legal Assistant, you will hold a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the contracting process, helping to shorten the contract lifecycle through improving efficiency and quality. This position requires authorization to work in the U.S. or Canada without visa sponsorship, and candidates must be fluent (written and verbal) in both English and French. 

Location:  This role offers 100% remote flexibility anywhere in the US or Canada!

Reports to: SVP, Commercial Contracts  

Travel ✈️ Requirement: up to 5% to accesso Office/Client Locations 


What you’ll be working on: 

  • Direct involvement in the legal contracting process across the organization, working with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Managing all aspects of the contract lifecycle, including initial creation, facilitating redline reviews, proper versioning, drafting of terms, digital signing, and repository upkeep/maintenance.
  • Providing oversight and support to the contracting process and building strong working relationships with internal stakeholders across primary functional groups (Sales, Compliance, Operations, IT, etc.).
  • Supporting and driving automation across the contract lifecycle.
  • Active daily management of the Contract Team's workload (Jira) to include assignment of new cases, management of open cases and follow-up with internal and external stakeholders.

What you bring to the role: 

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and French.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively to a variety of audiences.  
  • Outstanding Microsoft Word and Adobe skills, including the greater Microsoft suite of products, with a proficiency in Outlook and Teams.
  • Prior contract administration with a solid understanding of standard contract structure.     
  • The ability to work well within a team environment is essential.  
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.  
  • Ability to manage day-to-day responsibilities with little to no direction.

  • Obsessive focus on organization and uniformity
  • Experience working with legal contracts and an understanding of the lingo!
  • Experience working for a software company (SaaS)
  • Familiarity and comfort working in Salesforce and experience with contract management software.

Salary offered is based upon experience.
