Works as part of a team to ensure compliance with the Prompt Payment Act, maintain accurate contract documentation, and support contract closeout activities. Collaborates with government personnel and contractors on invoice processing and documentation requirements. Stays abreast of changes to acquisition regulations and policies. Performs other related duties as required.

- This position requires prior experience working with invoice processing procedures
- This position requires prior experience working with the Prompt Payment Act
- This position requires prior experience working with contract documentation systems
- This position requires prior experience working with federal contract administration
- Demonstrated experience monitoring and tracking invoice payment schedules
- Demonstrated experience processing invoices for COR review and approval
- Demonstrated experience maintaining databases for modifications and award fees
- Demonstrated experience preparing Deliverable Response Letters
- Demonstrated experience assisting with contract/TO closeout and closeout reports
- Demonstrated experience monitoring, tracking, and maintaining contract files
- Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining tracking spreadsheets
- Demonstrated experience coordinating with program office personnel on contract issues
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Business Administration, Contract Management, or related field
- At least four (4) years of post-college full-time experience in federal contract administration
- At least two (2) years of experience supporting DHS or CBP contracts
- FAC-COR Level I or II certification
- Demonstrated experience with DHS financial systems
- Demonstrated experience with database management for contract tracking
- Demonstrated experience with federal acquisition regulations
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining constructive relationships among customers, stakeholders, and technical teams
- Demonstrated experience tailoring complex contractual information for communication to various audiences
