ABOUT THE TEAM

As Continuous Improvement Lead you will support the Head of Production Staff in the development, deployment, and improvement of Anduril’s Manufacturing System (AMS). You will work cross functionally with Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Production, and Operations Quality leadership and their teams to ensure the successful execution of our manufacturing system and processes. Your role is critical in detailed development, training, and coaching the Operations teams. You will also coordinate with other Anduril site leads to help drive consistency in the approach and execution of Anduril’s Manufacturing System.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Process Optimization – Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with Anduril’s Manufacturing System
  • Budget & Cost Control – Monitor project budgets, track progress and ensure we are continually focused on operational cost reduction
  • Stakeholder Communication – Provide regular updates to internal teams and leadership, ensuring transparency on project status, risks, and solutions
  • Resource Management – Ensure appropriate allocation of materials, labor and equipment to successfully implement AMS
  • Risk Management – Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks and roadblocks that could impact a successful implementation and maintenance of the AMS
  • Cross Functional Collaboration – Coordinate between the Operations functional teams and supporting organizations
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 10+ years of experience in operations with a focus on development and/or deployment of lean manufacturing principles
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, operations quality and empowered teams
  • Experience leading teams without direct organizational oversight
  • Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Lean, TPS, Six Sigma, etc.)
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities to influence and align cross functional teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. security clearance
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in multiple manufacturing roles (Production, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, and Operations Quality)
  • Experience with value stream mapping, line balancing, time study, and organizational repurposing

US Salary Range
$108,800$163,200 USD

 

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
