Certification Program Manager
The Certification Program Manager will be accountable for the overall success of the InterSystems Certification Program. They will be responsible for overall project strategy, defining roles and responsibilities across the Certification team. They will coordinate all steps and tasks in the building, promotion and delivery of online certification exams ensuring on-time completion of all certification projects and customer satisfaction. They will be responsible for the quality of online certification worldwide. They will also be responsible for ensuring the certification program is cost effective.
Responsibilities
- Work proactively and collaboratively with team members to achieve team goals and establish a culture of success and learning within the team
- Manage projects to create new high-stakes certification exams, including job-task analysis, blueprinting, SME acquisition and time management, question development, and beta testing.
- Establish operational and outcome-based success metrics, and drive to completion.
- Report out to upper management on project progress, risks, blockers, and outcomes.
- Manage certification platform and psychometric testing vendors to ensure compliance with contracts and overall satisfactory performance.
- Create and execute strategy to promote Certification Program worldwide in conjunction with corporate marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with Partner Program and Curriculum Development teams to identify and prioritize new certification needs.
- Coordinate with cross-organization leaders to ensure subject matter experts have committed time to contribute to programs.
Qualifications
- BS/BA degree required
- 5+ years of experience in a project or program management capacity within the professional services, training, or customer success organization of a technology environment
- 2+ years of experience working with technical certification programs
- Experience in creating and executing against complex project plans
- Proven ability to lead and deliver results within project driven timelines
- Strong meeting facilitation skills
- Confident oral and written communicator
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively
- Ability to work within a team in a cross-cultural environment
- Good presentation and communication skills across all levels of an organization

- Skilled in relationship-building, cross-organizational partnering, and driving results through influence and negotiation
- Proven ability to drive multi-faceted teams to communal objectives and results
- Demonstrated success in working with cross-functional projects
- Knowledge and skills around how to use data and analytics
