Our Opportunity:

Chewy is looking for a seasoned digital marketer with an expertise in social media – and proven success of connecting content and commerce. From strategy development through execution and optimization, your impact will be felt across all core functions including integrated and performance marketing. This is a multi-faceted role requiring a unique blend of experiences and expertise. You’ll create content that builds brand affinity and consideration through storytelling. You’re comfortable at multiple altitudes – building strategies or driving critical details of content execution. Above all, you’re an integrator, working across both technical and creative teams.

What You'll Do:

• Connect the dots between medium & message, specifically in social media channels
• Build out tests to prove out hypotheses and recommend performance optimizations
• Lead social marketing strategies including goal setting, learning agendas, channel allocations, creative strategy and measurement/optimization
• Partner with the AD, Social Media to work with internal marketing partners and external agencies who drive the activation and execution of individual performance channels
• Help guide and optimize performance of owned social channels, growing our audience and engagements in channel
• Write creative briefs and define program objectives and KPIs for Chewy products, services and sub brands
• Liase with performance marketing experts to knowledge share and adopt best practices to create Chewy customer-first experiences
• Support the deployment of paid brand campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest in lockstep with performance marketing
• Provide impeccable financial stewardship on campaigns supported by brand marketing budgets

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 10+ years of digital strategy experience; proven social media expertise in organic and paid
• Fluent in social/creative testing methodologies
• Expert experience with first and third-party data sources: FB Analytics, GA, Sprinklr, Tableau
• Proven ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, perform under pressure, and pay close attention to detail
• An intuitive and creative problem solver with impeccable organizational skills
• A passion for pets, culture and tech
• Position may require travel
