Bullhorn is looking for a Director, Global Content and Communications to join our Marketing team.
Why this job is important:
Bullhorn is expanding rapidly and seeks an exceptional Director, Global Content and Communications who can set the strategic direction for content and communications globally. Reporting into the Vice President, Marketing, the Director, Global Content and Communications will manage a team of content marketers specializing in short-form and long-form content, social media management, and research. Together, this team will develop compelling and relevant content that supports Bullhorn’s overarching strategic vision, elevates our brand through thought leadership, and creates opportunities to engage with new prospects and current customers. This person is a natural story-teller, has a strong writing background, experience in public relations, and can develop content that targets different audiences at every stage of the marketing funnel. The Director, Content Strategy and Communications is passionate about leading teams and excels at working cross functionally.
A typical day might include:
- Develop and deliver a holistic, thematic content strategy and editorial plan; executing across the team, and presenting results to executives
- Managing and developing a team of content marketers, overseeing the broader editorial calendar to deliver compelling content on time and on budget
- Developing annual PR plans to achieve Bullhorn’s objectives while adapting to external events, identifying newsworthy anecdotes for media attention, reviewing content for bylines/interviews, and leading the internal coordination for data stories, customer anecdotes, and interviews.
- Working with key sales stakeholders, marketing leaders, and the executive team to ideate, get feedback, and collaborate on strategic content themes
This role may be for you if:
- You have 5-7 years in a strategic content marketing and communications role
- You have management experience
- You have a passion for writing, storytelling, an eye for typos, and are metrics-obsessed when it comes to tracking content performance
- You have a track record of working with PR teams on narrative creation and asset review
- You thrive in fast-paced settings, working on multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of successfully bringing them from conception to completion
- You are a self-starter and enjoy work working in a team setting

- Experience in in the recruiting/staffing industry
- Experience in B2B enterprise software
