Since this role supports multiple portfolio companies, the candidate must be comfortable managing different brands, industries, audiences, priorities, and content calendars.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation

- Research and write content around relevant industry trends, technology topics, customer challenges, and target keywords.
- Develop content that aligns with the company’s brand voice, marketing strategy, and business objectives.
- Develop technical content that explains software, products, features, technologies, and complex technical concepts in a clear and easy-to-understand manner.
- Repurpose existing content into different formats to maximize its reach and impact.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, marketing teams, and internal stakeholders to gather information and develop accurate content.
- Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, consistency, grammar, and tone.
- Conduct keyword research and identify content opportunities based on search intent, competition, and business priorities.
- Optimize website pages, blogs, and other content for search engines while maintaining a strong user experience.
- Implement on-page SEO best practices, including title tags, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, keyword placement, and content structure.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing content and increase organic rankings and traffic.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in content writing, SEO, content marketing, or a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of SEO principles and on-page optimization.
- Experience conducting keyword research and using SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Ability to write for different audiences, formats, and stages of the buyer journey.
- Excellent proofreading and editing skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to understand and communicate technical or complex topics clearly.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple content projects simultaneously.
- Experience working in a B2B, SaaS, technology, or software company.
- Experience creating technical or technology-focused content.
- Understanding of content marketing and lead-generation strategies.
- Basic understanding of technical SEO.
- Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted content and research tools while maintaining high standards for originality, accuracy, and quality.
