Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will have a passion for data processing and data analysis to ensure high quality content delivery in a fast-paced production environment. Our Content Specialists are responsible for interpreting and documenting natural medicine and dietary supplement product information. This position requires the willingness to become a subject matter expert including learning and retaining a vast technical vocabulary and the ability to think critically to accurately apply scientific coding to content. Candidates must be organized with a high attention to detail, capable of independently performing the necessary job functions quickly and accurately.
What You'll Do:
- Quick and accurate processing of natural medicine and dietary supplement product information into a database.
- Utilize technical vocabulary to apply scientific coding to content in the database.
- Organize and prioritize high volumes of content.
- Perform quality assurance evaluations of content.
- Manage records electronically including creating, editing, and navigating.
- Validate data through research from multiple sources including the interne.t
- Work independently to effectively manage and complete monthly production goals on time.
- Complete other duties and special projects as assigned.
