As a Content Marketing Strategist, you will create and curate content, collaborate with stakeholders, manage newsletters, and analyze performance metrics to enhance our brand narrative and community engagement.
Superside is looking for a Content Marketing Strategist to help shape, curate, and amplify the stories that define our brand. In this role, you’ll guide how our content ecosystem comes together, translating insights, industry perspectives, and internal expertise into high-value experiences that educate, inspire, and drive engagement.
This is a highly strategic and editorial role. You’ll work across functions with subject matter experts, marketers, and community stakeholders to ensure every piece of content contributes to our larger narrative, supports demand generation, and strengthens our community presence.
What you'll do
- Create and package thought leadership, insights, and creative assets into compelling content experiences (newsletters, gated assets, event recaps).
- Partner with subject matter experts and marketing teams to refine and amplify existing knowledge into content that tells a cohesive brand story.
- Collaborate with events and field marketing to craft narratives around Summits, webinars, and other moments, and produce high-impact pre/post event content.
- Repurpose content across channels (blogs, social, gated content, email) to maximize reach and relevance.
- Maintain an editorial calendar balancing new content creation with reuse, ensuring consistency in tone, clarity, and brand alignment.
- Apply storytelling to make complex topics accessible, with a focus on delivering value and insight over volume.
- Monitor engagement data and community feedback to continuously refine content strategy.
- Own the external newsletter voice and direction, highlighting the best of our community, events, and industry perspectives.
- Manage freelance contributors and subject matter experts, ensuring timely delivery and brand alignment.
- Analyze performance metrics to track ROI and inform ongoing improvements.
What you'll need to succeed
- 3–5 years of experience in content strategy, editorial, or related roles (B2B experience is a plus).Strong editorial judgment and proven ability to package content that resonates with specific audiences.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, compelling narratives.
- Experience managing newsletters, gated assets, and multi-channel content repurposing.
- Strong project management skills and comfort managing multiple stakeholders and deliverables.
- Familiarity with CMS, email marketing platforms, and social publishing tools.
- Curiosity and trend-awareness, with a passion for identifying the most relevant stories in a crowded market.
- Interest in AI and adaptability to incorporate emerging tools into content creation workflows.
