Sr. Director, Global Growth Marketing

Position Summary

We are seeking a driven content specialist to produce, test, and generate demand generation content globally. You will collaborate with marketers to inform content strategy and ensure information accuracy.

The ideal candidate is data-driven, innovative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You excel at managing multiple projects, have a can-do attitude, and are eager to gain expertise in digital marketing.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Develop and manage a content roadmap and global calendar aligned with campaigns and product launches
  • Produce engaging content across various formats (website, ads, video, email, social media, etc.), experimenting with new formats to reach our target audience
  • Ensure steady content delivery across the funnel to engage target audiences effectively
  • Use generative AI tools to streamline content creation, enhance personalization, and scale marketing efforts
  • Optimize content for SEO
  • Assess content performance metrics for continuous optimization and data-driven decisions
  • Oversee the full content lifecycle: ideate, write, edit, and publish engaging content
  • Align content with brand voice and guidelines
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure content meets audience needs and supports strategic aims
  • Monitor and analyze content performance, using data to refine future content strategies
  • Embrace feedback constructively for professional growth
  • Manage the content calendar and blog
  • Edit, proofread, and improve content
  • Stay updated on content trends and best practices
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of content marketing experience
  • Basic video editing skills
  • Experience with generative AI tools for content creation and management
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into engaging narratives
  • Knowledge of SEO, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools
  • Strong project management and collaboration skills
  • A desire to learn, take ownership, and contribute to the team
Location

Remote – United States

ChargePoint is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The targeted US salary range for roles at this operating level is $45,000 to $90,000. This range represents base salary and does not reflect equity, benefits or variable pay where applicable. Actual base salaries are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, experience, certifications and specific work location.
