AllBooked by Skedda is our business unit focused on community-oriented spaces. Our customers include athletic facilities, studios, creative spaces, event venues, community centers, and coworking spaces. We’re experiencing significant growth in our AllBooked segment, making it an exciting time to join the AllBooked team.

Role overview

We’re looking for a strong Content Marketer to own content generation for our AllBooked business unit. This person will develop a wide range of content types, including blog posts, case studies, thought leadership, videos, and more, and will own all our customer communications. Reporting directly to the VP and GM of AllBooked, this role is a unique opportunity to drive content strategy and execution. If you love early-stage startup environments, moving fast, and writing for a range of audiences, this could be the perfect role for you.

Day to day responsibilities

  • Write content that is geared towards AllBooked prospects, including blog posts, case studies, web page copy, press releases, and thought leadership
  • Write email sequences for both prospects and customers
  • Write all customer communications and announcements, including new product feature announcements
  • Manage video content production, including drafting scripts and working with an outside video production team
  • Participate in developing AllBooked’s content strategy, including content schedule, defined target personas, and brand guidelines
  • Manage AllBooked social media accounts

  • You love variety, and deploying your writing skills in a wide range of formats

  • You have a gift for explaining things and simplifying complex concepts
  • You have a high bar for quality and a strong attention to detail
  • You welcome feedback to improve your skills and work
  • You’re excited by wearing many hats and taking on new challenges
  • You take initiative and work with a healthy sense of urgency
  • You’re scrappy and find a way to just get the job done

Skills & Experience

  • You’ve worked in an early stage tech startup environment (<100 employees)
  • You’ve owned content generation before, including most or all of: blog posts, case studies, thought leadership, email sequences, customer communications
  • You have 2-4 years of relevant work experience
