Content Marketing Manager
Competitive base, plus performance bonus and equity
Full time. Remote.
About Parkade
Parkade is a B2B2C SaaS platform that modernizes private parking for apartments, mixed use, and offices. We help buildings replace stickers, hang tags, and spreadsheets with a fully automated, self-serve app for parking management, enforcement, and customer service. We integrate with major Property Management Systems (PMS) and gate hardware, turning parking into a frictionless experience that lifts Net Operating Income (NOI) for our clients.
With a successful Series A behind us, a proven sales process, and a customer base that loves the product, Parkade is in hypergrowth. We are on a mission to become the default parking software for the multifamily industry, and we need your help to get there.
About The Role
The Content Marketing Manager owns how Parkade educates the multifamily industry. You will build the full funnel content engine that draws buyers in, holds their attention, and moves them toward a sales conversation. Your work will cover SEO content, pillar pages, case studies, newsletters, video scripts, and executive thought leadership.
You will report to the Director of Demand Generation, and collaborate often with brand, product and field marketing, as well as the sales team. As the first dedicated content hire, you will set the editorial standard, manage freelancers, and build the content calendar.
The single indicator of success in this role: content that drives organic pipeline and shortens sales cycles because buyers arrive to calls already educated.
Why This Role Matters
Editorial ownership: Build and run the editorial calendar across blog, newsletter, long form guides, and video. Set the bar for voice, quality, and cadence.
SEO engine: Own the organic search strategy end to end. Research keywords that multifamily operators and regional managers search for. Build pillar pages and supporting clusters that rank and convert.
Customer stories: Run the case study motion. Interview customers, write the narrative, and ship the asset. Case studies are your bread and butter, not an afterthought.
Campaign partner: Work with the Director of Demand Generation on integrated campaigns. Produce the gated reports, webinars, email series, and landing pages that feed paid, ABM, and lifecycle programs.
Distribution mindset: A blog post is the start, not the end. Repurpose every asset into social, email, sales outreach, and sales decks. Measure what gets reused and what dies on the shelf.
Freelance bench: Hire and manage a bench of writers, editors, videographers, and designers. Keep quality high and costs predictable.
Measure impact: Report on organic traffic, rankings, content sourced pipeline, and sales asset adoption. Kill what is not working. Double down on what is.
About You
Experience: 3 to 6 years in B2B SaaS content marketing. You have owned a content calendar and hit pipeline or traffic targets and are familiar with working with Demand Gen campaigns.
Writing chops: You write quickly, cleanly, and with point of view. You have published work you are proud to put in front of a skeptical buyer.
SEO fluency: You know your way around keyword research, on page SEO, internal linking, and tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, or Clearscope. You have grown organic traffic at a prior company and have the numbers to show for it.
Editorial instincts: You tell a story. You know how to interview a customer and turn the transcript into a narrative that a buyer wants to read.
Persona-led: You have experience partnering closely with Demand Gen or Growth teams to build content that resonates with a specific persona. You understand how to map content and create assets that actually power a demand gen engine.
Demand mindset: You treat content as a pipeline function, not a vanity metric function. You build for MQLs and sourced opportunities, not page views alone.
Operator: You ship on deadline. You manage freelancers without drama. You keep the trains running on 4 to 6 live assets at any time.
Collaborative: You partner with sales and PMM without getting territorial. You turn AE feedback and customer calls into your next piece.
AI forward: You use AI tools to accelerate research, outline drafting, and editing. You know where AI helps and where it produces slop.
