The Content Marketing Manager will join the Marketing team to create clear, compelling content across all formats — helping Syndio stand out, engage customers, and bring clarity to the market about what we do and the unique value we provide.
You’ll develop deep empathy for our buyers and stakeholders to understand their fears, hopes, and opportunities, and use this knowledge to educate and influence them throughout their journey. You’ll partner with analytics, demand gen, sales, and product teams to test messaging and experiment with new content types. Data will be your best friend to empower continuous improvement.

- 💰 Competitive Compensation. For this role our salary is targeted at $99-$115k USD per year. Final offer amounts are determined by factors such as experience and expertise. We take a geo neutral approach to compensation within the US, meaning that we pay based on job function and level, not location.

- Within 1 month, you’ll complete onboarding, get familiar with Syndio’s platform and priorities, and connect with key stakeholders across marketing and other functions.
- Within 3 months, you’ll lead the development of Syndio’s monthly newsletter, take ownership of campaign content, start supporting SEO/GEO initiatives, and introduce new ideas for content format. You’ll also be actively learning AI tools to enhance content workflows across the team.
- Within 6 months, you’ll lead key content initiatives, manage the content and campaign calendar, and track performance of content on pipeline and customer engagement. , and actively experiment with AI to improve content creation and workflows.
