We are scaling our marketing team and seeking a Content Marketing Manager who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, strategy, and AI innovation. Reporting directly into our Chief Marketing Officer, you'll be a strategic and creative force behind our content engine. You'll own and evolve our content marketing strategy across formats and channels to generate pipeline, grow organic visibility, and enable sales success. You'll partner cross-functionally to bring our narrative to life-with AI-powered insights woven into every step. What You Are Accountable For:
Content Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute a scalable, full-funnel content marketing strategy aligned with GTM priorities and business goals to support pipeline growth, accelerate the buyer journey, and address evolving customer needs.
  • Own the editorial calendar and content planning process, supporting product launches, campaigns, and always-on programs across digital channels while maintaining brand voice, tone, and messaging consistency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Sales, Customer Success teams to align content with buyer personas, product positioning, and distribution strategies.
  • Repurpose and amplify high-performing content into diverse formats-such as webinars, short-form videos, blog posts, and carousel assets-to extend reach and engagement across owned and paid channels.
  • Create compelling, thought leadership-driven content in partnership with internal subject matter experts, transforming complex ideas into clear, engaging narratives that build authority and audience trust.
  • Optimize content for search and discoverability, leveraging SEO best practices, keyword targeting, and technical enhancements to increase organic traffic and visibility.
  • Track and analyze performance across key KPIs, including traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and influenced pipeline, to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Apply data-driven insights and A/B testing to continuously refine content strategy, messaging, and formats-ensuring content resonates with target audiences and meets performance goals.
  • Coming onsite to our Chicago office 3 days a week.


AI Integration

  • Leverage AI content creation tools to streamline content workflows, boost efficiency, and maintain high-quality standards at scale.
  • Explore and implement generative AI applications for audience segmentation, personalized CTAs, content personalization, and micro-targeted messaging across the funnel.
  • Use AI-driven data and insights to continuously optimize messaging, tone, and distribution strategies through A/B testing and performance analysis.
  • Stay ahead of content marketing and AI trends, adapting strategies to reflect emerging technologies, shifts in digital consumption, and evolving audience behaviors.


Who You Are:

  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing at a B2B SaaS organization, ideally supporting multiple product lines.
  • 2+ years of managing SEO principles & optimization strategies/iterations.
  • 1+ year of experience owning AI tools for content creation and marketing analytics
  • Previous experience supporting the Professional Services industry is ideal.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a knack for simplifying complex concepts.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple content projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinker with a bias for execution and experimentation .


The expected salary for this position ranges from $85,000 - $100,000 annually. The actual salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation such as bonuses.
