The Content Marketing Manager will create and manage content campaigns, enhance brand presence in legal tech, and optimize multi-channel communications to support growth.
About Us:
DeepJudge is Switzerland’s leading AI and ICT scale-up, transforming how law firms and legal departments access and leverage their knowledge. Founded by former Google search engineers with PhDs in AI from ETH Zurich, and backed by top-tier Silicon Valley investors, we are building the intelligence layer that powers the legal industry.
Every firm can license the same AI models, but no two firms share the same institutional knowledge. Decades of experience, work product, and precedent are often trapped across systems, underused and inaccessible. DeepJudge makes this expertise instantly available through world-class enterprise search and AI infrastructure, enabling firms to automate workflows, build knowledge-powered applications, and turn experience into a lasting advantage.
Our technology is trusted by many of the world’s leading law firms, including Freshfields, Gunderson Dettmer, Holland & Knight, Arent Fox, and Cozen O’Connor. Headquartered in Switzerland with a growing team across North America, we are expanding rapidly and shaping the future of how professional knowledge is discovered and applied.
At DeepJudge, we move fast, think rigorously, and care deeply about what we build. We combine cutting-edge research with close collaboration with our clients to deliver solutions that truly make an impact. If you want to be part of a team defining how AI transforms high-stakes knowledge work, this is the place to do it.
About the Role:
We're looking for a strategic and creative Content Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team at DeepJudge. In this role, you’ll shape and execute our content strategy by crafting compelling narratives, campaigns, and thought leadership pieces, amplifying our voice within the legal tech space. Your work will fuel brand awareness, engagement, and demand generation, playing a pivotal role in shaping the conversation around AI and legal intelligence.
This role is ideal for a data-driven storyteller who thrives on insights and impact: someone who can uncover trends, translate complex technical ideas into meaningful narratives and make DeepJudge’s voice stand out.
Responsibilities:
- Create and curate insightful, engaging, performance-driven content for multiple channels, including our website, blog, social media, newsletters, and more.
- Deliver a range of high-impact assets such as whitepapers, case studies, campaign assets, and content for nurture cadences and outbound campaigns.
- Manage and optimize multi-channel communications (email, social, paid, organic), ensuring content and campaigns align with target accounts, audience segments, and pipeline objectives.
- Support and optimize the account-based-marketing strategy (in close collaboration with field marketing and sales) by creating targeted, data-driven campaigns for priority target segments.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to deliver integrated campaigns around product launches and regional initiatives, across different audiences.
- Collaborate closely with marketing operations to track, measure, and adjust campaigns using tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Webflow.
- Track, analyze, and report on key metrics including lead quality, conversion rates, pipeline impact, and ROI, to assess effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Leverage analytics and insights from web and BI platforms to understand user behavior, measure campaign contribution to pipeline, and translate findings into actionable growth initiatives.
You’re a great fit if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in growth or demand generation marketing, preferably in the B2B SaaS or technology sector.
- A strong portfolio showing your ability to turn complex data into clear, informative, and engaging stories that resonate with a B2B audience, especially legal professionals and decision-makers.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Writing experience is essential; please submit a writing sample with your application.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset with a bias for action and the ability to execute efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient using marketing tools and platforms such as HubSpot and Webflow, and an understanding of SEO and analytics.
- Expertise in content marketing strategies, including account-based-marketing, that supports lead generation and pipeline growth.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated curiosity and enthusiasm for legal-tech, AI or emerging SaaS technologies.
- A growth mindset - eager to learn, experiment and evolve alongside the company.
- Fluent in English, with knowledge of the US legal market preferred.
What you can look forward to:
- You will be able to take on full ownership of your projects and tasks from day 1
- You will have a stake in shaping the future of a high-impact, high-growth deep-tech startup
- Competitive compensation, flexible working arrangements
