The Role:

This role will be responsible for distilling technical product GTM information into clear, concise, and engaging content. This role will focus on content strategy and execution for our QSR and travel go-to-market. Leveraging your strong communication skills, you will craft content plans that drive awareness and demand for Marigold products. Through careful creation of content assets, across multiple languages, you will drive a range of assets such as research, ebooks, blog posts, emails, social, podcasts,  and other educational materials into the market to empower our prospects with the knowledge needed to understand and engage with Marigold products. This role will report to the Sr. Director of Content and Communications.

What You Will Do

  • Own the strategy and execution of marketing content for campaigns that focuses on the solutions available to solve the market problems Marigold tackles

  • Work across the marketing team to support and execute the content calendar.

  • Orchestrate the translation of materials in necessary language - such as French, German, Spanish or others

  • Conduct research and interviews with SMEs to drive the content that fuels blog posts, webinars, solution briefs, and other content pieces that push prospects through the marketing funnel and help in upsell efforts to current customers.

  • Identify third party sources to create collaboration content and research with, and manage the budget, vendor relations and deadlines against those projects.

  • Collaborate closely with the growth and operations team to devise the distribution plan of content, ensuring maximum impact

  • Partner with customer marketing, partner marketing, and sales enablement to provide content support for distribution to customers, partners, and prospects.

  • Work closely with copywriters to fine tune and edit materials; Maintain an editorial calendar and coordinate publication with other teams.

  • Measure the results and effectiveness of content marketing to improve performance.

  • Collaborate across the marketing team to optimize new and existing content for search engines, promote new assets across owned platforms, post engaging content to social media, and ensure appropriate distribution across all relevant channels.

About You: 
You’re a natural storyteller with a strategic, audience-first, mindset, equally comfortable crafting compelling copy and orchestrating complex content campaigns. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about translating technical concepts into engaging narratives that resonate with specific verticals like QSR and travel. You are both creative and analytical, someone who can brainstorm big ideas and then back them up with data-driven results. You're collaborative by nature, proactive in your communication, and thrive when partnering across teams to create high-impact marketing content.

Ideal Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing or content strategy, ideally in B2B SaaS or MarTech

  • Proven ability to translate technical product messaging into clear, compelling content tailored for each channel and audience/industry-specific use cases (e.g., QSR, travel)

  • Strong project management skills with experience owning content calendars and coordinating with cross-functional teams

  • Demonstrated success in developing content across a wide range of formats (Reports, blogs, video, email, social, podcasts, etc.)

  • Proficiency with content performance analytics tools to measure impact and optimize strategies

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with global teams or in multilingual content environments

  • Background in multichannel (journalism, technical writing, video production or editorial roles)

  • Familiarity with SEO optimization, email, and social media content distribution best practices

  • Experience working with localization and translation processes across multiple languages

For California residents only, the base salary range for this role is $115,000 – $125,000 annually. 

This range reflects the base salary that we reasonably expect to pay for the position in California. Actual compensation will be offered within this range, based on factors such as skills, experience, and qualifications, as permitted by California law.
Similar positions located outside of California may be subject to different compensation structures.
